1. Application
These terms and conditions apply to all customers that you enter into with
jabrondeals. By placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions.
2. Prices and charges
The prices listed in the Jabrondeals online shop include country specific VAT
and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fees will be added to the order at the
check out and will be based on the country your order is shipped to. Please
find more information about our delivery charges for each country under
Delivery and Shipping.

3. Drawing up the contract
The contract will be concluded at the moment at which the consumer accepts the
online offer of Jabrondeals and the conditions thereby stipulated have been
fulfilled.
The order will not be valid if Jabrondeals cannot confirm your residential
address.
Jabrondeals will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer
electronically.
Jabrondeals may obtain information - within legal frameworks - about the
consumer’s ability to fulfil the payment obligations, as well as about facts
and factors that are important for the responsible conclusion of the distance
contract. If that research gives the trader proper grounds for declining to
conclude the contract, he has a right, supported by reasons, to reject an order
or application or to bind its implementation to special conditions
4. Delivery & Shipping
We will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving
and dispatching your orders.
We will dispatch the orders that the company has approved as quickly as
possible and in the order that they have come in. Delivery normally takes place
3-5 working days after your order has been placed. Delivery times depend on
where you want your order to be delivered, though the latest within 30 days,
unless a longer period of delivery has been agreed.
Please note that we only sell items that we have in stock. We aim to dispatch
all orders within 24 working day hours (Monday - Friday) with the exception of
sale periods where this may take up to 48 working day hours. Estimated delivery
times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Jabrondeals is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs
clearance processes.
If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only
partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer
will be informed about this at the latest one month after the order was placed.
In this case, the consumer has a right to dissolve the contract, free of
charge. In the case of dissolution in accordance with this paragraph,
Jabrondeals will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible,
though at the latest within 30 days after that dissolution.
The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known
to Jabrondeals.
If packages are not collected, Jabrondeals reserves the right to charge $17 for
the costs we have incurred from dispatching the package.

5. Payment
We accept All Pakistani Banks, Easy Paisa, Payza and Perfect Money.

6. Colours
If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on
your computer and the actual colours of the garments, this may be due to the
colour reproduction on your computer.
